A friend of mine is in a unique situation.  He wants to move in with the women
he is seeing but she is a convicted felon and he owns a few firearms. Would it
be legal for him to keep the firearms in the apartment with his girlfriend if
they belong to him and are secured so she doesn’t have access to them? Or are
they considered in her possession no matter what if they are in the apartment
where she lives?

Also does any one know if carrying a folding knife in your pocket or a leatherman in a pouch covered by your shirt be considered an illegal concealed weapon in Wisconsin?
