I'm the only one who loves me some spicy food, and being home alone this weekend I decided to make some chili that only I would eat .
Started with ghost peppers and some onion

Grabbed some beer, diced tomatoes, chili powder/salt/pepper/garlic/dillo dust, beef stock, and my pepper/onion sludge

Browned some ground beef and cubed beef

Finished simmering it and threw it in a bowl.

Definitely spicier than times that I make it for others. Definitely hitting the spot on this fine evening.

Shield 9mm and AR57
Miller fortune
Chili no beans - I do add cheese and sour cream though

Chili can't have beans, I use beans for vegetable soup.

Think I used too many ghost peppers, but I am making it work. A couple hours from now I will regret this decision I thinks .

Why is everyone afraid of beans? Chilli is supposed to be a hearty hobo food- that's why there are beans in it

I dont give a rat's ass about all the purse swingers here and their chili preferences. That looks damn good. Well done OP.

Tried Miller Fortune ans wasnt a huge fan

FYI I like beans and no bean chili.

I was truly surprised when I got it. I'm more used to PBR or keystone, so I wanted to try something new.

Awesome looking batch of chili. I give it a 10.

It was the first time I used cubed beef, which I actually like a whole lot better than just ground beef. Makes it more hobo hearty

I posted this SO many times in these threads.
The rounders are out on a cattle drive, the cook could only bring so much.
Lots of dried beans, cheap, nutritious, lot of protein.
Guess what they put in their chilie?
Cowboys did not bitch about it either.
Except for the Blazing Saddles scene, maybe.
