Drove/rode in one from Ft. Bragg to Miami, I will never to my dieing day forget the interior of those vehicles. I had gotten a GG shot that day as well, just before we rolled out, ouch.

I spent 36 hrs in one once with my FT 2 guys in back slept 1 drove and 1 kept him awake. Were you able to walk when you got out? those GG shot hurt like hell. I got a Typhoid shot once and flew from Oki to Korea with my arm up holding onto the jump seat and couldn't put it down when we landed.

My ass will never forget what is feels like...

I still dont have any idea how many times I failed to turn off the blinkers after a turn.
