When I lived and worked in Tampa, we saw them all the time in the business park I worked in.

A couple of the aggressive males would attack their reflection in the window by my desk all the time too.

Osceola hen I'd say. Number 6 shot (copper plated preferably) with a nice full choke should do just fine. Aim for the head/neck.

Had them in base housing at Offutt AFB, NE
I have actually gotten within 10ft of a wild turkey.
