Whipped up something quick to chow on.
Southside Market Jalapeno Cheddar sausage over Chicken Fried Rice.  Dripping Springs vodka (for lunch  ) with a side of water to wash the food down.   |

Doesn't look like much but I'd clean that plate in a hurry. One of my favorite things to do is make rice in the rice cooker with some chicken broth added. Top that with whatever meat you have in the freezer (I like sliced sausage or chicken) and you've got a win.
