So starting off my wife thought that I needed a minion at the shop so she made me one.
I then took about 14" of stainless steel 1/2"dia got a little creative (not too much) tested out a new style of knurl-er (floating head type that I had never used before) and the Tungsten Carbide core of a .50BMG AP round this is what I ended up with. 
I used cheap knives to get the belt clips off of them and that sharp pointy part of the longer pen is the tungsten Carbide steel bedded in as a glass breaker. the other pen (my wifes) has a DNA collector end to it. and yes the Minion Helped.
