Halderman is doing a fine job of exploring novel techniques for exploitation in a sterile environment. This particular one has some counters which would be fairly trivial to implement, inasmuch as anything is trivial with an accredited system.

Good fodder for the crowds spun up by “coulda”, not seeing anything that says “did”.

IIRC, he was also granted uninhibited access and passwords for the systems he researched.

Which is fine when exploring the realm of the possible.

L.A. Claims 27% Error Rate in Recall Signatures; < 1% Error Rate in Mail-in Ballots in 2020

Los Angeles County reported Monday that over 27% of the signatures submitted on petitions to recall District Attorney George Gascón were invalid — after reporting that less than 1% of mail-in ballots were invalid in the 2020 election.

The county reported that it rejected 195,783 of the 715,833 signatures submitted, roughly 27.3%. The reasons given included that some voters were found to be unregistered; incorrect addresses were given; or signatures did not match those on file.

However, in January 2021, the county reported that less than 1% of the 3,422,585 vote-by-mail ballots submitted were rejected. The test for the validity of ballots is similar to that of petitions, involving checking signatures and addresses.

Given that the State of California mailed ballots to every voter on the rolls, rather than just to those who had requested them as in years past, there was a high likelihood of error; some voters reported receiving multiple ballots, often for prior residents. (These problems persisted in the 2021 recall election for Gov. Gavin Newsom, as personally witness by this author.)

Yet the county reported that 99.38% of vote-by-mail ballots were accepted in 2020. The number of vote-by-mail ballots that were rejected due to inaccurate signatures (12,135) in the election was close to the number rejected for that reason in the recall petitions (9,490), though the number of signatures to be examined in the election was roughly five times greater.

In the primary phase of the 2020 election, when many states were using vote-by-mail for the first time, the rejection rate was roughly one in four, according to the Washington Post. That rate of rejection was less than one percent nationwide in the general election — and lower than the rejection rate in 2016 in many states, when there were far fewer people voting by mail.

One explanation, according to FiveThirtyEight.com, was that “states … proactively changed their election policies to prevent ballots from getting tossed due to lateness,” and that voters were given a chance to “cure” invalid ballots. A more cynical theory was that officials may have lowered standards for rejection given the emphasis on vote-by-mail during the pandemic.

Recall proponents complained that they were not allowed to watch the signature verification process, after county officials said they were not required to allow observers since the petition drive did not qualify as an “election” under state law.

Montana Election Officials Conspired To Kill Legislation Banning Zuckbucks, New Report Shows

A newly released report details previously unknown efforts by local Montana election administrators to kill legislation that would have prohibited state officials from accepting and using private funds in the conduction of elections.

Issued by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) earlier this month, the report unveils extensive conversations among county election officials detailing collective efforts to squash a bill (SB 335) filed in the state legislature that would have effectively outlawed funding of election offices from groups such as the Mark Zuckerberg-backed Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL), which distributed approximately $1.7 million across 21 Montana counties in the lead up to the 2020 election.

As previously reported by Federalist contributor William Doyle, CTCL spent millions on “financing the infiltration of election offices at the city and county level by left-wing activists, and using those offices as a platform to implement preferred administrative practices, voting methods, and data-sharing agreements, as well as to launch intensive outreach campaigns in areas heavy with Democratic voters” in the months prior to the 2020 contest.

Following the measure’s introduction in the Montana Senate in early 2021, the listserv emails sent between local election administrators and documented in the PILF report reveal a lobbying effort led by the Montana Association of Counties and Yellowstone County to convince legislators “to try and kill” legislation such as SB 335 that sought to further bolster election integrity in the state.

“I am writing in opposition to SB 335,” an email sent to Montana state senators by a Yellowstone County official read. “Yellowstone County saved the taxpayers $320,593.00 in fiscal year 20-21 by accessing nongovernmental grants and this bill would disallow a critical avenue of funding in the future. … Passage of this bill only puts more of a burden on local tax payers via unfunded mandates. … Please vote no!”

Following the death of SB 335 in the Senate, the communication logs obtained by PILF show county officials celebrating the bill’s demise, while simultaneously congratulating Yellowstone County on their successful lobbying efforts in preventing the measure’s passage.

“Great job [Yellowstone County]!” said messages from Sanders and Fallon County officials.

“Yeah! That is so awesome! Great work [Yellowstone County]!” said another from a Prairie County representative.

The report goes on to debunk arguments made by county election officials in their support for private funding, such as the claim that the CTCL grants saved taxpayers money. As noted by PILF, the aforementioned counties are “sometimes operating with $250,000 to $750,000 annual budgets for election operations” and “only learned about what they thought were $5,000 grants one month before [Election Day], according to the initial email chatter.”

“The taxpayer savings argument is even more disingenuous when reading the terms of the CTCL grants,” the report reads. “In every letter to a jurisdiction receiving funds, recipients must agree that they will ‘not supplant previously appropriated funds. The Grantee shall not reduce the budget of the [Election Department] or fail to appropriate or provide previously budgeted funds to the Election Department for the term of this grant.’ In other words, using the grant to give a direct break to the local taxpayer would violate the CTCL’s own rules and eventually force a refund.”

Moreover, of the seven Montana jurisdictions that received more than the average $5,000 CTCL grant, “only one (Lewis and Clark) managed to spend all funds before the first deadline.” So, while “a minority of counties were documented to be pressuring the Montana Senate to kill the Zuckbucks ban by arguing how the grants saved their collective necks in 2020, they still had not spent all the money they were given.”

“It is deeply troubling how addicted election officials are to this Zuckerberg money,” said PILF President J. Christian Adams in a statement on the report. “An important bill banning the private funding of elections failed to pass in large part because of these officials’ opposition to the bill. Montanans’ election process is still up for sale to the highest bidder.”

While Montana election administrators may not have known it at the time, Zuckerberg’s targeted election funding played a greater role in the 2020 election than previously realized. As detailed by Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway in her New York Times bestselling book “Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech, and the Democrats Seized Our Elections,” Zuckerberg “didn’t just help Democrats by censoring their political opponents,” his financing of “liberal groups running partisan get-out-the-vote operations” was ultimately “the means by which [Democrat] activists achieved their ‘revolution’ and changed the course of the 2020 election.”

“It was a genius plan,” Hemingway said. “And because no one ever imagined that a coordinated operation could pull off the privatization of the election system, laws were not built to combat it.”

As of August 2022, 24 states have either banned or severely restricted the use of private funds in the conduction of state and local elections.

SELECTION CODE: The Movie

Was 2020 stolen? It’s deeper than that.

You’ve heard it said “Those who vote decide nothing. Those who count the votes decide everything.”

What about those who code the vote?

What if our leaders aren’t actually being elected by us, but instead… selected?

[S]ELECTION CODE follows the story of Tina Peters the County Clerk in Mesa Colorado, who made a backup of her counties Dominion Voting System server, only to stumble across evidence of manipulation in a recent local city council election…. and also the 2020 general election. Tina’s discovery ignites a chain reaction upending her life. And upending the world.

You will not be able to unsee what you see.

We stand at an apex in human history. Are we handing too much power to technology – and those that program it?

[S]ELECTION CODE is a political thriller uncovering a secret so critical to the survival of America it transcends political parties. It is not about correcting the past. It’s about correcting the future.

Once you see [S]ELECTION CODE you’ll never again let a machine near your vote.

Unsigned Tabulator Tapes in Fulton for 300,000+ ballots

Tabulator tapes for 300,000+ Fulton early votes were not signed. Seals were broken on tabulators (violation), tapes were printed on different machines that could have been preloaded with ballot images (violation) and not signed by 3 witnesses as required by law (violation).

How many ballots did Georgia have in November 2020?

https://gaballots.com/evidence/f/how-many-ballots-did-georgia-have-in-november-2020

The Today Show 11-4-2020: Brad Raffensperger clearly stated there were a record 4.7 million ballots cast in the November 2020 General Election up from 4.1 million in 2016. Keep in mind, he knew the total number of absentee by mail ballots because the cut off was the night before, Election Day results were known and so was the Early Voting totals.  Raffy knew ALL the numbers.  He knew there were 4.7 million ballots cast and the results would not change even if Biden was credited with every remaining ballot.  As soon as he mentioned the numbers, the video feed was pulled.  In my video, it happens at 1 min 07 seconds. Then, somehow, the number of ballots went up and we magically ended with 4,998,000 ballots casts - almost 300,000 more than the 4.7 million record number Raffensperger quoted on national TV.

Watch the video here https://tinyurl.com/BradReport

Or read the Transcript below:

So I get back to our election coverage and another check of the electoral map. Check those nine states out in gray. Still at this hour, undecided the presidential race hanging in the balance. They're counting ballots as we speak. That's right and, uh, one of the states, that's a squeaker state that Joe Biden had high hopes late in the game of flipping this election but we shall see, is Georgia and that states secretary of state Brad Raffensperger is with us now.

Mr. Secretary, good morning on a busy morning. Uh, I guess the big question is Hoda.. we want to know when are we going to get your votes? When are we going to find out who's won your state?

Well, we have about 2% left to go. We had great success. We had 4.7 million voters that voted - a record breaker for us beats the 4.1 in 2016. We also had average wait time of only two minutes statewide average. We have about 2% left to go. Uh, and you can see where we are right now with our results have been reported. I don't think it'll change in the outcomes, but that's what (unintelligible) people that make those predictions do.

VIDEO FEED MYSTERIOUSLY CUTS OUT

Well, that was interesting that we would just get into the, the good part there because, uh, the secretary of state said they got 2% left to count Chuck, but he did not think it would change the outcome. That's interesting with any deferred to the prognosticators, which I think is over to you. Look, I can just tell you what our models say is where those counties are. They, they, they are heavily democratic counties, uh, and it's the Atlanta numbers. So, it is going to shrink. Uh, you know, perhaps, you know, if I were an arbiter of a, an election result, I wouldn't want to be the one saying yes and when we count the vote, it'll change the result. I think his job is to be, uh, the empire.

Let's ask Mr. Secretary. Um, can you hear me now? You just were saying. Oh, okay. Well, fair. You're a busy guy. You'd probably all your friends wanting to know the same thing we want to know, which is what is Georgia going to report its resultf? But you said something interesting, sir. You said 2% left to count.

I didn't think however that it would be changing the outcome. Is that based on your analysis of where those votes are outstanding or are you just guessing it because of the fact that it's only two percent.

Uh, we don't guess - what we do is report. We just see where the candidates are right now in both presidential congressional senatorial. And you look at how many votes are out there. Even if one of the candidates got a hundred percent, it probably wouldn't be enough to, to move it one way or the other, but it is what it is. We'll just wait to, everything's done the county's working diligently and get that done today.

Okay, can I ask you, sir? There was an, uh, report from the is appears to be from the United States postal service data, showing a failure to failure to deliver mail ballots from voters across the country on election day, including, uh, in Georgia, in the Atlanta area. Do you know anything about that? Well, we have no control over the postal service. That's why we went ahead and we implemented absentee ballot drop boxes. We also told everyone that you should not rely on the postal service when you get too close to the end of the election. And that's why the absentee ballot drop boxes were available for everyone to drop tose off. Until 7:00 PM last night. And so they've been very well received by our boner.

Well, fair enough. And it is really a question for the postal service, but let me ask you on your side of things, did you notice any suspicious drop-off in the amount of absentee ballots that were returned? In other words, is there any reason for you to believe that maybe there could be thousands of ballots that did not get returned in time by the postal.

No, there's nothing, uh, that we have, you know, any, uh, knowledge of right now. I know that our county election directors in all of our large metropolitan areas reached out to their local uh postal uh, officer to make sure that we're going to have, you know, really regular service. And, uh, we had worked through any questions that might be, they understood the importance of making sure that all those mailed absentee ballots got to where they needed to be to all your county election offices.

And real quick, you said 2% left account. Ooh, 10 seconds. Are we going to get it today or no, yes or no?  That's all we got time for.

Yes.

All right. Great. We love a short one word answer. We're back from Today.

Fulton can't find 315,000 ballot images

https://gaballots.com/evidence/f/fulton-cant-find-376000-ballot-images

On our journey to discover the truth about the vote count in Fulton County, we found out that Fulton deleted 376,000 ballot images (315,000 from early voting plus the 59,000 ballot images from Election Day) from the first vote count from November 3rd to November 9th, 2020.

Part of our process is to determine if processes or patterns repeat in other counties. Once we learned that Fulton deleted ballot images, we attempted to obtain confirmation from Fulton County that they had deleted them and why.

Confirmation from Fulton County is shown below:

Next, we asked the other 158 counties if they had all of their ballot images. We found 72 counties were missing their ballot images in whole or in part. Our team has emails from each county showing which counites are missing ballots images and in some cases, the county has indicated why.

Nobody has been held accountable.  No fines levied. No punishment.  No consequences.

17,000 missing ballot images - Fulton

https://gaballots.com/evidence/f/17000-missing-ballot-images---fulton

The lack of Fact checkers, including Reuters, Politifact, USA Today and all the usual suspects have been telling everyone who will listen that there are not missing ballots images for Fulton County from November 2020 but they have not done their homework.

Here are the facts:

1. The first Election Day count is missing nearly all of the ballot images. Yes, you read that correctly and you can see the proof here: Fulton Admits to Missing Ballot Images

2. The second count was called the Risk Limiting Audit. Because the majority of ballot images were deleted from the first count above, our team was only able to compare the Absentee by Mail ballot image to the results of the Risk Limiting Audit. What we found was a 60% error rate in the data entered vs the ballot images we counted manually. See an example here: A Triple Count Explained

3. The recount, which was the official record for history, showed that 527,925 people voted. However, there are only 510,201 ballot images to substantiate the 527,925 votes. That means there are 17,724 ballot images missing.  Those ballot images have never been found.

The 17,724 ballot images that are missing is well beyond the 11,000 vote margin of victory for the ENTIRE STATE.  There is still something amiss in Fulton County Georgia and the 4 people who can do something about it are doing nothing: Governor Kemp, Secretary Raffensperger, Attorney General Chris Carr and Sheriff Labat.

Short video on Dekalb county GA election.

Looks like the results between the Dominion count and the hand recount were off by quite a bit (around 20% I believe).
