I don't know under what regulations AT&T is having to try to conduct business.
Here in Oklahoma, the legislature had SouthWestern Bell so heavily regulated that they got behind the curve on the broadband stuff. Before it was said and done they were three years behind, and had lost a huge market share to the Cable companies. Ben |
