I went to Att for issues about my iphone not getting calls and or dropped calls.
The  snot nosed kid quickly said I had a simm card issue. He proceeded to DIG into my iphone and broke the simm carrier.
Store manager told me it was broken before I came in. They had to remove the gel case that was put on the phone when I purchased it.
I wa told that it was going to cost me at the least $50 for any other replacement phone,but I could not get a iphone.
I hit the roof, but did not cause a scene in the store.
It took 18 hours on the phone and 14 different, customer service reps. to get a working iphone.
I had a 3gs 16gig but ended up with a 8 gig, that at least worked.

Shoulda made a huge scene and called the cops for lulz

Sue the AT&T store employees in small claims court for the difference in price between the 8GB and 16GB phone.

My iphone 3gs doesn't receive incoming calls either.



Of course, this is because I use a whitelist and only certain numbers can ring my phone.

ATT has a shitty network and Union reps.  

I work for Verizon and absolutely hate my job, but at least I'm not union, lol.

And yeah, there is a small division of Verizon that is.  I hope it will not be that way much longer, but all I'm doing is saving my money to start a gun shop, so they can kiss my ass anyway.

did you have insurance on the phone?  was it an ATT purchased case?  Did you buy it direct or through an agent?  

If you bought it at an agent, then you probably saved a penny to spend a dollar.
