I didn't get one. I wonder if is because i have almost 4000 minutes on my rollover account.

Before accepting it I'd want to know why they are giving it away and what they want or demand in return.

They can't demand anything in return without providing a form for you to sign amending your contract, either by hand or electronically... such as the Apple Store's TOS which is amended frequently. They are trying to make sure they don't lose customers to Verizon. |

As the link says, too bad it doesn't prevent dropped calls. The amount of people that will use a shitty carrier just to have the latest Apple product proves that our country is one fancy gadget away from total collapse.

I got an email from ATT a month ago or so explaining some lawsuit that they were involved in. It said that they were working on a settlement and that I may be entitled to some portion of the settlement. Maybe it stems from this lawsuit.
By the way, my service is awesome here in Houston. Much better than the service I had with Sprint and T-Mobile before I switched. And my phone works at the deer lease were my buddies stupid Verizon phones will not. Just sayin. |

A family member got sick and in the hospital.
My wife and her sister were on their phones giving updates to other family members for a month. Wife's sister uses Verizon and got a $600 bill for going over her minutes. We use AT&T and lost a few rollover minutes. YMMV |
