I keep getting these FFL packs of paperwork from ATF somedays even 2 of them.

I think they stopped I didnt get one yesterday, havent checked today.

I have gotten about 10

Put ketchup on your dog and take pictures while he's sleeping. Mail the photos to them and try to convince them you already took care of the problem, and they really don't need to trouble themselves with coming 'round....

Probably some computer glitch has your request for paperwork "stuck" in the system somehow. I'd just give them a call.
