Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - ARFCOM Fireplace experts. Question about my blower power switch...RS?

Under my gas fireplace there is the switch that controls the blower. It has typical ON/OFF but also a third setting that says RS. I cannot find any of my documentation and my google-fu is weak on this one.

What does the RS mean?

RS setting is for use with an remote control.
