Ernie is an hasshat. He's pissed that he will be out of his job due to term limits set in place by the people.
He wanted to have his name on the appeal at the Nebraska Supreme Court to overthrow the will of the people. The state court told him to hit the road, they wont look at it until it goes through the lower courts. Of course by then he wont be a senator and wont have a dog in that fight so he still wont get his name on the appeal.

Some of the people in this thread have brought up a good point that I have felt was true for some time now: many black people in this day and age are creating a new, damaging stereotype for their entire race. After seeing loons like these in the news every day, having entire black neighborhoods riot when a police officer gives a black person a speeding ticket, seeing super-racists like that north carolina professor that called for the euthanasia of all white people, etc. etc. - it's all beginning to convince everyone else in this country that they're ALL nuts.
