yea, it would be nice to see 99% to 1%., he he. they just stated on TV THEY feel THEY have the right to publish this, since the ohio law says only law enfforment and news can see the list, that's leaving the public out, and they feel the public has the right to know. seems they feel they are above the Law. |

WTF?!?!? I would be VERY VERY pissed if I were on that list.
I would make it a point to get the names, phone numbers, addresses, SS#, CC#, etc. of every employee of that news station and post the list on every phone pole, shop window and Port-a-potty in the state. It's the right of the people to know, right?  How can they justify something that is such an outrageous invasion of privacy? I guess the CCW permit holders are just gun owners, so their safety isn't important... The press IS our enemy. |

When the ccw was first available here in TN( about 94), the stupid liberal rag the TENESSEEAN published EVERY permit holders address!! I called the editor and called him all kind of names and he said" It's public information". POS> to this day I do not EVER buy that paper! This is wrong too of course.

I am OH & FL CCW holder and don't really care if it is known. OTOH some folks REALLY don't want it published and I don't think it should be. The OH newspapers got together and cooked up this little insanity to try and discourage folks from exercising their rights. Typical liberal bullshit! I DO think we should publish home addresses, phone numbers and cell phone numbers of every "journalist" and TV personality!!! |

They FUCKING published the names!!!!! Do you think I make this UP? Lucas County, Ohio CCW permit holders, courtesy of WNWO/NBC 24 I just sent them a nasty e-mail and filed a complaint on the Ohio Attorney General's webpage. If my name had been there, they'd be hearing from me in civil court as well.
