It matters if he is from NEPA or the rest of the state.  If he is from NEPA, than your translation may be correct.  If not and he is from elsewhere in the state, I should be right.

I'm no expert(far from it). The only ones I know of that I think I could identify would be the polymer bulgies/arsenal/kvar??? they have a circle 10 on them. Other than that I have no idea. Just buy E- Euro steelies

We need pics.

Most common AK mag is the Chinese steel 30 rounder in 7.62x39mm.  It is made from steel and lacks the reinforcing spine that is common to other steel AK mags, like East German and Russian mags.

This is not the same as the Norinco bakelite 30 round 7.62x39mm mag, which is  a rather rare bird indeed and is worth considerably more money.
