Absolutely. You need a B&T low profile mount (P-rail) and then the acog should just mount straight to that like an AR. DSA sells B&T mounts for ~100 I think. You will also probably need some sort of cheek piece or adjustable stock.

here'a an hk93 with an ACOG.  Can't imagine it would look much different
