Yep, kerry won't specify ANYTHING yet HE'LL be "ENGAGED".
GW will state what's what and will be "Elusive and retreating". Anyone who watches network coverage of this and thinks they're gonna get the "Real Deal" is smokin' a mighty big crack pipe.

The memo is obfuscatory gobbledygook, which TV people are esp. good at. He's trying to talk out of both sides of his mouth at the same time, while letting his staff know what side to come down on. Talk about Nixonian "plausible deniability".......
