Damn it!! I hate when I get a pimple on that crease between your ass cheek and your leg. I've got one there right now and it is very uncomfortable to sit.
 Stupid pimple!! Just thought I'd share and see if others suffer from "anal acne"

You use of Anal Acne is a misnomer, since it doesn't occur on or near the anus from your description.
I'd be more inclined to think if you actually had "Anal acne" it would be warts or herpes from your man-love sessions at the GM union lounge.
