Does this law apply to the phillipines as well? I know that sounds dumb, but Armscorp is still importing the ak22 I believe. Will they be able to import the model that has a folding stock as well as 25 rd mags after the aw ban?

I don't think the import ban applied to .22 LR guns, hence Jerrold Nadler's bill to ban the import of s-a guns that use ".22 caliber".

It applies to ALL foreign rifles imported into the US. If it doesn't pass the "sporter test" it isn't importable.



Then how the Armscor AK-22 is imported with a pistol grip? Same with their AR knockoff?
