I saw in ad in American Rifleman that Barrett(the 50 cal people) are selling uppers and complete rifles. Don't know about ammo. Check Barrett's web site.

SAAMI spec isn't even finalized, IIRC...
Would be a bad idea to pick it up now... Also, it's for-sure not going to be adopted by the service, so expect sky-high prices as with any other 'specialty' cartridge... |

Right now, 6.8 is for the SpecOps crowd as it was designed to meet their requirements. As far as Nato, they follow our lead for the most part! |
