Not your usual story though.   My sister, who lives in England, just informed me that her daughter had a 4th of July celebration at school today.  First I have ever heard of this holiday being celebrated in England before, but then again, I haven't lived there in 24 years.

Nope, regular .gov run primary (elementary) school.  They had hotdogs, chips (fries), and pancakes for lunch

I'm still not moving back there though.
