Original CIA SOG knife. WOW!!  I guess only a couple are still in existence.  I bet this knife has slit a few necks...

Boy, he sure goes out of his way to prove the provenance of that piece, doesn't he?

I guess it'd be impossible for someone to fake that knife right? I mean, for a measely $3500 who would want to fake such a thing?

I read a Article in SOF and The Impression I Got was That the SOG Could carry any weapon they wanted to
So with out a letter from the CIA I dont think that guy is giong to sell it.

FWIW...  the seller is legit,  he's been in the knife business a loooooong time and knows his stuff.

That doesn't mean the piece is legit. As some one who deals in paper and autographs, I can tell you that some of the most reputable names in the world sell frauds (inadvertently), you have no guarantees so if the guy can't offer up some evidence, then that price is a joke.
