Found these on my harddrive today, from our collection in college. With the exception of the "wanker" brand I tried at least one of every beer here.

Before I was married, I had a roomate and we drank a lot...more than you think...a lot.
We lived together for about 4 years. During that time, we set up a 38 gallon fish tank (set up meaning put it on top of the fridge and used it for beer caps). After I moved out, he decided to get rid of it, so we took to a friends bar and had a contest - They left it up on the bar for a week and people could guess how many beer caps. (one guy was offered free drinks for counting them all)

No one even got close.....5,429 caps......and we went through a period of about 6 months where we were only drinking cans (30 packs - money was tight)

Ahhh, the good ol' days

Belhaven Scottish! One of my favorites. And Sam Smith, Shipyard, Newcastle, Bass, the Sam family of fine beverages, Anchor Steam, Saranac (balck and tan in a bottle yay!), Sierra Nevada, Guinness, Harp, Harpoon, Pete's! Good taste!!

Theres an idea - an official ARFCOM beer - I can furnish a kick ass pale ale recipe, but i think we need a distributor to do a group buy

Sam Smith is hands down the best of the beer "lines". I have never had one I dislike. I've never seen them on tap though, not sure if it would be better or worse. Sam Smith's Oatmeal Stout...... I gotta get to the store...

Another cap saver.

My brother and drinking buddy and I saved our caps for almost three years and needed something to do with them, so we built a bar and used them on the top. We had 3,500 on the bar top and a 2 gallon rubbermaid container left over that was half full. We only bought bottles on special occasions, or we would have had many many more.

I still save my caps, I have no idea why, but I do.

oh well, someone had to do it!
