Spartanburg Sheriff's Deputies responded to a home on Cedar Springs Road in the county in reference to a fight Friday evening. Once on scene, deputies noticed a large amount of what appear to be blood on the floors inside the home. They then located a woman being treated by EMS for a wound on her arm. The victim told deputies that a the suspect, a Stevi Fincher, had come to the home as a guest however she quickly became belligerent. The victim said that Fincher was pulling up her shirt in front of persons inside the home, including a minor.
