To put the collapsible stock on the rifle you would have to have a buy a complete pre-ban rifle to be on the safe side. You could put a fake on fixed collapsible stock and all your other features you asked about onto a post ban lower receiver if you wanted. The flat top upper would take the aim point if you wanted it, the forward pistol grips are OK even on a post ban rifle and as long as the barrel assembly doesn't have a flash suppressor and a bayonet lug on it, you would be OK.

If you want any of the following features you have to get a preban:
Flash hider Collapsable stock Bayonet lug 16" is the legal limit without registering it as a Short Barreled Rifle (SBR). A forward pistol grip is legal (except maybe in California, not sure). There are several options available, from modifying a $20 Cobray grip to installing a $300-400+ rail system. Welcome to AR15.com! |
