This is the age of a ex hunting partners kids. The boy shot his sister after he failed to unload his shotgun from a hunting trip.

To keep things short. The boy never got over it and is still messed up real bad in drugs and other shit.

14 is old enough to discern between right and wrong, it's old enough to know what murder is and know that it is wrong, and it's old enough to commit murder. He should be tried and sentenced as an adult.
