14 months ago I was 30+ pounds heavier, weak, and lazy.
I saw this image and decided to change how I live and get my ass in gear for me, my wife, and most importantly my kids. 
Fast forward to this last weekend. After a knee surgery, a change in lifestyle, and a loss of over 30 pounds. I completed a Tough Mudder and proved to myself that goal can be beaten and more importantly crushed! I got through every obstacle, and most were easy. I finished with my head held high and I have never been happier in my life. I truly am beaming. If you are trying to make a change stick with it. Stay the course! Don't stop, ever. You will feel better, you will look better, you can do it. I plan on racing in a Spartan Beast, Tough Mudder, and the Warrior Dash next spring. I plan to keep working every god damn day to hit my new goal. Previous Goals: 175lbs / 225lb Bench (at 230) / 10 Pull ups (at 14) / Tough Mudder Finisher New Goal: 170lbs / Sub 22min 5k / 270lb Bench / 20 pull ups / 5 muscle ups / Spartan Beast & Tough Mudder |

10 months ago I was 30+ pounds lighter, weak, and lazy.
My workouts make me feel a lot better, but I'm still weak and lazy.

And don't worry so much about body weight as physical appearance. Well done OP |
