At Least 7 Dead, 12 Wounded in Shooting at Ft. Hood in Texas

DEVELOPING: A mass shooting at Ft. Hood military base in Texas has left at least 7 dead and 12 wounded, officials confirmed to MyFoxDFW.com.

There were two shooters in the Army base massacre and one suspect is in custody, Fox News confirmed.

The attack apparently happened at the base's Soldier Readiness Center, MyFoxDFW.com said.

Army officials didn't know whether the victims were civilians or military personnel.

The men were dressed in Army fatigues, but military officials couldn't confirm that they were Army personnel.

The MP station refuses to confirm or deny anything, but the unit phone trees had people bunkering inside buildings. Figures a shooting would break out in a place that practically bans personal weapons.

there have been numerous plots against US military posts over the last couple years.
My wife is at Fort Bragg right now and I have heard about a number of plots uncovered.

in Texas, the base's public affairs office told NBC News on Thursday.

The
official would not give his name nor additional details. It was unknown
whether victims are soldiers or civilians. One gunman was reportedly in
custody and another was on the loose, NBC News said. A third shooter
may be involved, according to NBC News affiliate KCEN.

KCEN in Waco reported that the second suspect may be holed up in a building on the post.

The folks who got busted in the above situation were genuine, 1960s-vintage 'Real Seattle Hippies' (yes, 60yos)...

The base in question was Kitsap-Bangor, up in Washington (nuclear missile sub base)...

They were trying to stick protest signs up inside the wire, denouncing nuclear weapons...
