I have a newer(postban) 10/22 that I would like to put a pistol gripped synthetic stock on. It isn't a folding stock, just a regular-type stock with a pistol grip. I think Choate makes them.
Would this be legal to do and also have a 25rd mag on it?

let's see, you get two features
the detachable mag
pistol grip

flash suppressor/threaded barrel
bao lug
collapsible stock
ger-naid launcher.

looks ok to me.

Yes, it's legal, but you don't get 2 features.

You get the detachable magazine and ONE feature.

No detachable magazine means CANNOT be considered an 'assault weapon'

Semi-auto with detachable magazine means ONE feature for anything assembled after 9/13/94.
