I just had a thought. Not to get too political in this thread, but what if the 2019 HoF Voting was a test run for the 2020 Presidential election?
Fact: The Dems are stealing the election with a rigged vote. Fact: The Dems always carry NY. Fact: Mariano Rivera is a closer. Fact: He still got voted in. Fact: In his first year on the ballot. Fact: He was a Yankee. Fact: 100% of the vote? Statistically impossible. Fact: The Yankees suck. Case closed. |

My brother got that one. Little fucker also got the space shuttle complex and aircraft carrier. I mean, I got a bike and a 10/22 the year he got the carrier, but still.
But I'm not bitter. I'm not bitter at all. Fucker. My all-time favorite Joe vehicle wasn't even a Joe vehicle. It was Speeder Bike from Return of the Jedi. My brother could have his space shuttle and carrier (fucker), but Beachhead on the Speeder Bike was an unstoppable killing machine. If I was in the Star Wars universe, I'd have enlisted in the Imperial Army, not because I gave a shit about the Empire or putting down space hippies or whatever, but I'd enlist only if the recruiter could guarantee me a spot in the Biker Scout MOS. I know I'd still end up beating off in a port-a-shitter and drawing dicks on everything, but I'd be a Biker Scout and that would kick ass. |
