I have delivery confirmation set up on my computers (work and home)

I pretty much get a delivery confirmation from every sent email at work, but the one at home only gets them once in a blue moon.

some emails are sent to the same person, just from different computers..

both are running XP and  office 2003

From the computer at home, log into the mail server and see if the messages are getting caught in the spam filter.
If they are then adjust settings with the filter, mine did that to me quite a bit
