I'm Johnphins friend that is wanting him to send me the sword cane. I live in Cali by no choice of my own and I do not believe that the state government should have any say as to what I am or am not allowed to have. ESPECIALLY in my own home. As far as I'm concerned, after myself, my family, and my friends leave this God forsaken state, I hope it falls off the face of the earth and gives the ocean front property to states that deserve it!!!

Your buddy in Cali would be at risk, but you don't have to sweat Cali laws - you live in a free state. No federal laws would be violated so you're in the clear. But your buddy better watch his tail.
My advice, if you're a good friend, is to refuse to abet his criminal activity. I agree, its a bullshit law, but you shouldn't advocate the civil disobedience of it on a public forum. |

I personally am not real worried since they aren't gonna stop me and ask me if my cane just happens to be a sword cane, and if I have to use it, well, I'm a crippled disabled vet that needs some way to defend himself. But thanks for the concern.

Pretty nice piece there. Honestly, I want the sword cane for the mere (if that's how u spell it) commodity of it. Plus, they do have some of the more interesting designs.
