I would have tried it.........you would be surprised. Had a Bacon Maple bar yesterday...At first I thought "yuk" but after trying it...pretty damn tasty.

My great neighbors from 2 doors down gave me this cook book for Christmas.

There is some yummy stuff in there, including bacon cupcakes with bacon frosting.
AND.... 3 recipes for bacon ice cream

Bacon is a salty tasting food.

What actually accents sweet flavors? Salt.

Sounds fantastic, actually.

Honestly, bacon improves everything. I used to think that the only thing bacon couldn't improve was bacon, but then I realized that adding bacon to bacon makes more bacon, and that is indeed an improvement.

We are in the process of opening a new Dinner House and have been working on a couple of menu items. One is a Bacon Steak and the other is Bacon Cheesecake.

Just fine-tuning the recipes.
