Is this a product for a need that doesn't exist?? Or is this just what the doctor ordered???

Keeper of all that`s Holy
I just picked up the Trijicon Accupoint

Aboot 500 bucks.
Variable 1.25-4
The one your reffering to is pretty nice but I wasn`t all that impressed with it.
Not as user friendly as the EOTech.
Truthfuly I dont see much need for red dots on rifle calibered rifles, maybe an AKproper.

The pic shows, just takes a long time because it's linked to botach...

Is this gem have any magnification?

Looks interesting. Since it's got the Trijicon name tag on it I'm assuming it will cost (at least) double what the Aimpoint does...[rolleyes]

If it is what the Reflex should have been, then it is just what the doctor ordered.

And here we are again...back to the tube.

Looks like the fixed everything wrong with the reflex on this one.

What do you guys feel is wrong with the Reflex????

I love mine, with the exception of the dark tinted window, and the lack of an illuminated reticle.

Uhhhh...I think I just answered my own question. [BD]

But I actually dislike the tube sights. Blocks too much of my field of view - which is what I like about the reflex. BIG field of view. The tendancy with the tube sights is to use them like a scope. The reflex works more like a heads up display.
