Who do I need to talk to about an order I placed back on 9/13/03 and never received?  The funds were sent via PayPal but nothings arrived nor did I receive any notice that there would be a delay.  I figure 3 months is long enough to wait it out.

Did you receive a "Shopping Order Order Number" ? The ones I've gotten have had goatboys email address ([email protected]) on them. I'd start there.
