Damn, I have to settle for looking at my 1943 Springfield Armory M1 Garand, 1943 Inland M1 Carbine, and 1943 Union Switch & Signal M1911A1 next to my Saving Private Ryan DVD in front of the big screen TV.

I will post more pics later today.
It is a 1943 Ford GPW with an amatuer restoration done, I am going to finish the job. I have the pedastal mount for it also, it will be mounted with a dummy or semi 1919 in the near future. The only downside is that this pushes my current project further down the line (a 1962 M274A2 Mule) but it will be done and for sale this summer. |

Man o' man, you really have BAD timing! Just last night The History Channel did an hour on the evolution of Jeeps. Great show! Tossed and turned all night trying to figure out a way to 'adopt' a four wheel veteran. Now thanks to you, it's going to be even worse tonight. Thanks a lot! [-!-] Congrats on your display! [beer] |

I have 3 other projects in line after the Mule... a 1952 M-38, 1952 M-38A1, and a 1962 M-422A1 Mighty Mite, plus 2 1/4 ton trailers.
I may sell the Mighty Mite, tooo many projects not enough time. |

For a WWII to do it right you are gonna spend from $3000-7000 depending on what you start with and what you want... The newer they get the cheaper it gets.
That jeep started as a $250 pile of junk 2 years ago, I will see if I van find a before pic to post. |
