A new liberal network, like CNN and the rest weren't enough? Frankly, I hope they keep spending their money on dumbass ideas like this to launch networks that aren't commericially profitable.
I wonder what they plan to do when they run out of money to keep these networks afloat? Even Soros doesn't have pockets deep enough for that... probably use their last dying breaths to pass a bill taxing the profitable networks so they can stay in business. |

I'll give it between 3-6 months. Too many people watch CNN. Even more people watch Fox. There is simply not enough demand for a lef leaning network. CNN is doing a fine job in that area, and they are being trumped by Fox.

What corporate entity would want to advertise on it?
After all, socialism means more product regulation, licensing. taxes, labor regulation, anti-trust, liability. etc.... Who wants to support that except for already wealthy idealists who don't care? |

Newsworld International sucks ass as a news channel. I have it blocked from my program list along with the golf channel and the various HSN channels. Who in their right mind is going to believe a American owned CANADIAN programed news channel that was owned by the French in the first place....     |
