ELEFTARIA, I am not an FFL but if you need a few name's:

Shooting Star in Tempe  480-345-7827    I used them in the past they charge $15.00

Guns Etc./Saga Custom Gunsmithing    www.azgunsetc.com    Chandler  480-963-4311   This is a great dealer but he charges $30.00 to transfer.

Pistol Parlour  in Mesa   480-835-6643   I have never used them for a transfer so I do not know the price, but this is a good company to do business with.

Mandell's in Mesa.  Don't know about their transfer charge, but was out there on business and went.  Bought a Howa AR180 with original scope for $1100.  They have lot's of goodies.  Go check'em out.
