    Well, I've been thinking lately about creating a total conversion(mod) for Half-Life 2 that would be indirectly based on ARFCOM.(It would have ARFCOM meme easter eggs like Fuck You Arock!, Disengage, Fuck it im foin, and others.) It would also have an ARFCOM style arsenal, maybe zombies, and maybe aliens. It couldn't be directly based on ARFCOM because I wouldn't be able to enlist a whole dev team, that would want to work on a mod directly based on ar15.com.
    It will be in the planning stages for a while, but once it gets rolling it will be hard to stop. After there is good community input, I'll whip together a Design Doc. I have worked on several mods before, as a weapons modeller, and I could do something like this, with the help of a dev team.
    I will need quite a bot of interest in this to start out. So, what are your ideas for weapons, gameplay, plot? If one of them is truly epic, and I must read it PM me.

Perhaps something like Episode 2...that IS technically the S H'ing T F and everybody making a run for it...

And it really could just be people retreating into the countryside after a zombie infestation in major cities...

Be sure to get a 3D model specialist who can make the models blade at 45 degrees.

You definitely need arfcom approved character models.. anyone who's posted their picture is fair game!  Of course all the ARFCOM members should be NPC models, and only those that truly embody the spirit should be playable.

Of course I'm talking about Heavy D, Sgt. Sugarcookie, etc as the player models.

I'd also have to find a code monkey to get it so that the models only blade at 45 degrees, when your open carrying a Smith and Wesson Model 29 in a Super Walmart, and an ex-cop tries to disarm you.

Lumpy196 (you) goes searching for SgtAR15.
He is the only one who has pics that can prove DK Prof's innocence and get him out of jail for.... (If you gotta ask)

Along the way you fight the DU, enemies of freedom and trolls until finally getting to fight the top troll Squatdog.

Something to check out while planning:
COD4 on PC has a Zombie mod. Pretty good. Everyone starts as a soldier, picks weapons/ect. and has 2 minutes until one person is randomly made a Zombie.
There are 5 different zombies to choose on every spawn and eventually one last soldier is standing and trys to make it to the time limit. ZOMBIES1.25+EXE+ server.
