Ok so the other day i posted about a guy buying a gun wearing pink crocs...
The reason he wanted a gun was because a former employee stole from them and then he was fired. The employee then said they would hurt his family, throw acid in his wife face etc So he wanted to buy a gun for protection. No CCW so he has a 3 day wait. His Glock is still sitting on my shelf.  Yesterday two guys approached him in the drive way in the AM and pointed a gun at him and told him to go back inside the house. His wife was inside so he wasn't going to do it. he jumped the guy with the gun and disarmed him and shot him. Killed the guy right there. The other guy took off. pink shoe badass We are talking to the ATF to see if he can circumvent the 3day wait because there are still several brothers of the family left who will most likely not be happy with him killing one.  J |

The three day wait was almost effective in avoiding the killing --- of the bad guy. I wonder if the now dead bad guy followed all the firearms laws?

Does he get to keep the gun, like in the video games? If you can take a gun off a bad guy and shoot him with it, you should at least get to keep it. Possession is 9/10 of ownership, and all that.

The 3 day wait is not a federal law, so I do not understand why you would be contacting the ATF. Look up the statute for the 3 day waiting period (Florida Statutes). There should be exemptions.

Ok, so the three day wait has to be up by now. Can he not take possesion now since he just shot somebody?
Is he only 21 now? What gun did the bad guy get taken away from him? ie what did he get shot with? Does the wife inside the house have a gun now or does she need to wait three days for hers as well. I think the acid threat needs to be addressed. Wasn't there a similar thread a few days ago about an arfcommer, employee, threats, front porch antics? Sounds simmilar but our guy had an ar inside the front door. People........steal from someone and then be mad they do not want you around, who woulda thought? |

I worked in Loss Prevention for a retail company here in MS. There are certain people who just can't understand why someone would be upset at them for BREAKING THE FUCKING LAW. I blame their culture and upbringing. When parents and older siblings teach kids that you're SUPPOSED to take what you want, this is what happens. |

No gold chain here. No chest hair flowing out of my winged collared low button silk shirts either.  FTR, I don't own a pair of Croc's, but I do have a few nice pair of Jerusalem Cruisers. As for the Hawaiian shirts...Thomas Sullivan Magnum wore them. They concealed his 1911 quite nicely. Not a fan of the 80's ball hugger Billabong shorts though.
