I just got a great kydex paddle holster from Mike Benedict at Talon Tactical for my G23 and it has 2 retention screws. This is my first holster with retention screws and I wanted to know the best method to use for tightness. I should prolly ask Mike but I thought I would give you guys a chance first.

I tighten my Talon Tactical holsters to the point where I can hold the holster with the (unloaded!) pistol in the holster upside down and gently shake the holster without the pistol falling out.
Mike might be able to give you better direction though. |
