maricopa refuses to provide material despite az senate subpoena

PHOENIX  Maricopa County officials said Monday they refuse to turn over routers sought by the Arizona Senate and questioned the validity of Republican lawmakers' latest subpoena related to the contentious 2020 election audit.

Senate President Karen Fann and Judiciary Committee Chairman Warren Petersen issued the subpoena July 26 and gave the state's largest county one week to produce the network routers and traffic logs, envelopes from all mail-in ballots or images of them, certain voter registration records with change histories, and records related security breaches.

"The board has real work to do and little time to entertain this adventure in never-never land. Please finish whatever it is that you are doing and release whatever it is you are going to release," Chairman Jack Sellers, one of four Republicans on the five-member Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, wrote in a letter accompanying Monday's response to the subpoena.

"Furthermore, the Maricopa County EMS (election management system) is not, and never has been, connected to the Internet; therefore, nothing related to the EMS is on the routers. So there's nothing to gain and far too much potential harm to risk removing all of the county's routers and producing them to the Senate's designees hired for the purpose of examining the Maricopa County EMS," the document says.

The item-by-item response is followed by a list of 11 objections that challenged the validity of the subpoena.

the arizona senate is currently out of session, and doesn't have the votes to hold maricopa in contempt because there have been 2 gop, including ugenti-rita who is running to be the next secretary of state in charge of elections, that refuse to investigate the election or support legislation to improve election integrity

so what is next?

there is suppose to be a canvas of suspicious voters on the voting rolls that have voted in the last election beginning soon.

the canvas is suppose to look at voters with problems such as 10's to 100's of voters registered to addresses that are businesses, single family homes, vacant lots, etc. and try to invalidate the maricopa votes

Update - borrelli files complaint with AG to have maricopa investigated for violating subpoena, which could result in maricopa losing 10% of it's share of tax revenue for a year

State Sen. Sonny Borrelli is asking the attorney general to punish the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for refusing to comply with a recent subpoena related to the Senate's ongoing "audit" of the 2020 general election.

Borrelli, a Republican from Lake Havasu City, filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office under a 2016 law known as SB1487, which allows any lawmaker to ask the attorney general to investigate a city or county for adopting policies that violate state law. If the attorney general finds that the city or county did violate the law, they must either change the disputed policy or forfeit 10% of the shared tax revenue they receive from the state for that year.

it's tgp, but from oann, so....

Wisconsin's Election Committee Chairman Janelle Brandtjen issued subpoenas this morning to Brown and Milwaukee Counties.

Today, OANN's Political Correspondent Christina Bobb reported big news out of Madison, Wisconsin.

I just received confirmation just a few minutes ago that as you mentioned, chairman of the election committee here in the assembly in Wisconsin Janel Brandtjen has issued subpoenas this morning to both Brown County and Milwaukee County. Milwaukee County is obviously where Milwaukee is in Brown County is Green Bay, and she's heard from many of her constituents and many people around Wisconsin saying that they want an audit and they want to see what's happening in their elections here in Wisconsin and they just want to take a look and see what happened and so she issued those subpoenas, so it looks like we will see an audit. This is the same approach that Arizona took to subpoena the counties and ask them to turn over the information, and that happened this morning.

Fucking Read it

3 US Code 15:

Congress shall be in session on the sixth day of January succeeding every meeting of the electors. The Senate and House of Representatives shall meet in the Hall of the House of Representatives at the hour of 1 o’clock in the afternoon on that day, and the President of the Senate shall be their presiding officer. Two tellers shall be previously appointed on the part of the Senate and two on the part of the House of Representatives, to whom shall be handed, as they are opened by the President of the Senate, all the certificates and papers purporting to be certificates of the electoral votes, which certificates and papers shall be opened, presented, and acted upon in the alphabetical order of the States, beginning with the letter A; and said tellers, having then read the same in the presence and hearing of the two Houses, shall make a list of the votes as they shall appear from the said certificates; and the votes having been ascertained and counted according to the rules in this subchapter provided, the result of the same shall be delivered to the President of the Senate, who shall thereupon announce the state of the vote, which announcement shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons, if any, elected President and Vice President of the United States, and, together with a list of the votes, be entered on the Journals of the two Houses. Upon such reading of any such certificate or paper, the President of the Senate shall call for objections, if any. Every objection shall be made in writing, and shall state clearly and concisely, and without argument, the ground thereof, and shall be signed by at least one Senator and one Member of the House of Representatives before the same shall be received. When all objections so made to any vote or paper from a State shall have been received and read, the Senate shall thereupon withdraw, and such objections shall be submitted to the Senate for its decision;

Here's the delay that would have caused a major shit storm:

When the two Houses have voted, they shall immediately again meet, and the presiding officer shall then announce the decision of the questions submitted. No votes or papers from any other State shall be acted upon until the objections previously made to the votes or papers from any State shall have been finally disposed of.

There were States that were going to fight the Biden/Harris nomination through the Senate Vote. Mike Pence absolutely had the authority to reject the State's "nomination".

The dissenting Electors from the States were there that day....

THIS IS WHY THE DEMS HAD THE PROTEST TAKEN OVER BY PAID OPERATIVES SO THAT THE DISSENTING ELECTORS WOULD BE FORCED OUT BY THREATS OF VIOLENCE.

BREAKING: Bombshell Presentation Reveals Identities Of Maricopa County Elections Employees Who Deleted Files From Election Server BEFORE Maricopa County Audit

We The People AZ Alliance hosted an election security forum in Maricopa County on Saturday, featuring testimony from expert witnesses and state legislators.

This informational hearing, moderated by investigative journalist Lara Logan, presented evidence of fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election and addressed the concerns in the 2022 elections.

The hearing also featured a bombshell testimony revealing exactly who in Maricopa County deleted subpoenaed 2020 Election files before delivery to Arizona Senate auditors. The County was clearly hiding something.

As we reported earlier, Lara dropped a bomb on stage, revealing that the Biden regime is now giving social security numbers to illegals at the border.

Election investigator Matt Vanbibber also shared his discoveries from the Maricopa County Elections Department’s public footage. He finally revealed the identities of individuals who illegally deleted elections files from the Elections Management Server in April 2021.

This data was deleted before the voting machines were delivered to Senate auditors in compliance with a subpoena.

Federal law requires these files to be kept for 22 months.

Maricopa County officials previously admitted that these files were “deleted” in a Congressional hearing but later walked it back and said that the files were “archived.”

This was one of the many law violations discovered by the Arizona audit and other Maricopa County’s 2020 Election investigations.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on footage of the individuals deleting the files, but their identities were redacted from the public to maintain confidentiality.

On Saturday, it was revealed by Vanbibber that Maricopa County election Database Administrator Brian Ramirez was granted unauthorized entry to the server room on multiple occasions, and he deleted the files.

Ramirez does not have the required credentials to access the server room. However, Vanbibber discovered that he falsely used the identities of individuals who were authorized access.

Vanbibber matched the server room entry logs to the video footage and found Brian Ramirez using others’ cards to access the room.

Vanbibber: So basically, you have Brian entering the server room, and remember I told you he does not have badge access. We The People actually collected server room logs from Maricopa. So I went through all this video footage and matched it with the logs. What you see is Brian has Passarelli’s card in the server room, and he also has Charles Cooley’s badge as well.

Logan: So, Brian is accessing the server room using the identities and cards of other people.

Maricopa County policies also require two people in the server room whenever someone is using the keyboard video monitor, however, Brian was alone on multiple occasions.

In the photo below, Ramirez is alone in the server room, violating County elections policy. The Gateway Pundit previously reported on this violation by an unidentified individual.

Vanbibber then played the video of Brian Ramirez accessing the server room after he was let in by Assistant Elections Director Kristi Passarelli, at the same time that the server logs were deleted.

Ramirez was also alone in the server room again.

Vanbibber: Here she is letting Brian into the server room at that time, and here he is getting on the console. And then you guys know the rest of the history.

Do you understand what you just posted and underlined?  Congress has the authority to object to electors. Not the VP.

This is the entire point.

There was a formal objection to the Arizona electors, and both chambers voted after deliberation, and the objection was overruled. There were also objections made by house members for a few other states, but no senators joined them.

This is how the process is supposed to play out, and Mike Pence played his role in it, exactly as he was mandated to do.

Voters were instructed to mail ballots by Oct. 27 to be sure their ballots arrived on time. By Oct. 30, the number of ballots coming by mail dropped sharply, but then spiked the day after the election.

On Oct. 28, the county received 58,500 ballots from the post office, then:

Oct. 29: 14,500
Oct. 30: 10,500
Oct. 31: 6,000
Nov. 1: 1,500
Nov. 2: 1,000
Nov. 3: 2,500—Election Day. In order to be counted and valid, the ballot must be received by the county no later than 7 p.m.
Nov. 4: 18,000 late, invalid ballots
Nov. 5: 1,000 late, invalid ballots
Nov. 6: 1,500 late, invalid ballots
Yet, Maricopa County rejected just 934 ballots for lateness.

The Senate and House of Representatives shall meet in the Hall of the House of Representatives at the hour of 1 o’clock in the afternoon on that day, and the President of the Senate shall be their presiding officer. Two tellers shall be previously appointed on the part of the Senate and two on the part of the House of Representatives, to whom shall be handed, as they are opened by the President of the Senate, all the certificates and papers purporting to be certificates of the electoral votes, which certificates and papers shall be opened, presented, and acted upon in the alphabetical order of the States, beginning with the letter A; and said tellers, having then read the same in the presence and hearing of the two Houses, shall make a list of the votes as they shall appear from the said certificates; and the votes having been ascertained and counted according to the rules in this subchapter provided, the result of the same shall be delivered to the President of the Senate, who shall thereupon announce the state of the vote, which announcement shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons, if any, elected President and Vice President of the United States, and, together with a list of the votes, be entered on the Journals of the two Houses. Upon such reading of any such certificate or paper, the President of the Senate shall call for objections, if any. Every objection shall be made in writing, and shall state clearly and concisely, and without argument, the ground thereof, and shall be signed by at least one Senator and one Member of the House of Representatives before the same shall be received. When all objections so made to any vote or paper from a State shall have been received and read, the Senate shall thereupon withdraw, and such objections shall be submitted to the Senate for its decision;

After the riot calmed down, Pence went back to the Chamber, approved the Electors, and the rest is History.

You're lying. Congress meets because it is a Presidential Election and they have duties as well. The States present their Electors/votes for verification. The States Reps (all you need is one Senator and one Repper State) to argue against the presumed winner to that point. Once there is an objection, THE SENATE STOPS COUNTING RESULTS, AND GIVES THE STATE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME TO PRESENT ITS CASE. THE PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE (Pence) CANNOT GO FORWARD WITH ANY OTHER STATE VERIFICATION UNTIL THE OBJECTION OF THE CURRENT STATE IS HEARD AND RECTIFIED. AT THAT POINT, HE COULD HAVE ORDERED A RECOUNT WITHIN THAT STATE. THE ELECTION WOULD HAVE BEEN HALTED UNTIL THE RECOUNT WAS OVER.

That is simply not how it works.

An objection must be made in writing requiring the signature of one senator and one congressman. Once that occurs, the counting stops. Both chambers retire, deliberate, and vote. And this is what happened with Arizona. No other electoral college votes received an objection from both chambers.

The “alternate slate of electors” is pure hogwash. They had no legitimacy whatsoever.

Read the text. BTW, you added exactly what I wrote before.

THAT IS THE REASON THE COMMUNISTS STARTED RIOTING. AFTER THE CHAMBER RECONVENED, THEY HURRIED UP AND VERIFIED THE VOTES.

We have all read the statue. Hell, I’ve posted it in this thread several times, because it disproves the notion that Pence had the unilateral authority to do any of the de-certification nonsense.

You are the one with the erroneous interpretation.

Of course Pence couldn't tell everyone to fuck off and refuse the Electors, you toddler. I never said that. Someone else may have, but I did not say Pence could reject all the Electors by himself. You are playing baby games instead of having honest discussions about it.

It goes back to the Governors of the State as well. Fraud would have been found, thus a different result.

THE POINT IS THAT HE COULD HAVE STOPPED THE SHAM COUNT.

That's what the majority of the people here, as well as providing evidence of fraud.

He did stop the count, after the objections to Arizona. The senate and house both then independently voted to certify Az’s electoral votes, and the counting resumed.

Just like it was supposed to.

More than one State was going to object to the results.

He did not hear the objections from every State

Thank you for admitting Pence is part of the legal process that can nullify the State's Electoral Votes from the initial count.

What other state besides Arizona had both a senator and congressman formally object? Because that is the requirement.

The VP also doesn’t “hear” the objections, or weigh in on their merits. Such discussion is solely under the purview of the two legislative bodies of congress.

140 House Republicans were going to fight the initial Elector's count.

the VP's role is to stand there and tell Congress to go to their room(s) and figure it out when presented with a formal objection.  No formal objection, nothing to do but read the script.

The reality is that democrats have a long and storied tradition of being unethical, criminal, cheating pieces of shit.

Tammany Hall.  Crump in Tennessee.  The Chicago Machine.  The New Deal coalition.  'Senator' Al Franken.

You are defending them getting away with it because significant portions of the judiciary and law enforcement, (specifically law enforcement controlled by the administrative deep state), are complicit.

You lie, and you continue to lie.   Very persistent.  But untruthful.

That letter is from Arizona's Republican AG.  I've never defended election fraud.  The problem is you've been conned with lies of a stolen election.  I can point to all manner of actual proof, debunking, fact checking, etc. but you'll never believe it because you don't want to.  Logic and truth mean nothing to you.  Plenty of the stolen election claims have been easily and thoroughly disproven, including some of the claims in this thread.  Pointing out those facts isn't a lie nor is it untruthful.  You're free to live in your own manufactured reality.  I can't make you be right.

I've been conned by nothing.

I saw it happen on election night.  I didn't need to hear anything from Trump, or Pence, or SCOTUS, or any of the feckless republicants who aren't capable or interested in doing the right thing.

Political corruption is ancient.  People frequently get away with it.  We are watching that in real time.

Judges have famously been bought off in the past.  And judges have quietly been bought off in the past.

Judges have famously been wrong in the past.  And judges have quietly been wrong in the past.

The smug minority here pats themselves and the back and either pretends to be right, or is delusional and convinced that they are right.

It's kind of astonishing to witness.  After pee pee tapes.  And Muh Russia.   And Mueller.  And Schiff.

But they are right this time.  They aren't lying this time.

Sure dude.  Keep on being loud.  That's your only play because you are certainly the minority.

2/3rds of this country believes the 2020 election was free and fair.  That's not a minority by any definition I'm aware of.

Am I a minority within the Republican party (of which I've belonged to for over a couple decades now) and on this site?  Quite likely.  It doesn't bother me.  I place our nation before political parties.

You do understand objections require members of both the senate and the house, right?  Right?

Arizona is the only state that met that requirement.

Read the Law again. Now read the list of Reps and Senators that were planning to object, until the "riots". Arizona was NOT the only State that was going to object. They go alphabetically, so Arizona was one of the first States called upon.

So, they questioned 200 million people in a poll?

Show me the poll that states 200 million people were interviewed. Not a poll with 5 thousand people, or 2 thousand people.

Put up or shut up

Is this some kind of 7-D chess argument that Antifa stole the election by convincing stop the steal protestors to scare Congress into not following through with their plans to object so Pence could nullify the electoral college?

You are defending them getting away with it because significant portions of the judiciary and law enforcement, (specifically law enforcement controlled by the administrative deep state), are complicit.

You lie, and you continue to lie.   Very persistent.  But untruthful.

I’m just trying to sort out the point you were trying to make by asserting that 100+ Congresscritters had plans to object when none of them actually objected.

I have no idea what point you are trying to make.

You seem to grasp at least a basic understanding of the applicable statue, which requires a minimum of 1 senator and 1 congressman to object to a state’s EC vote, in order for the objection to cause a pause, subsequent deliberations, and vote.

You also seem to grasp that this only occurred for the state of Arizona.

So what is it exactly you are contending at this point?

The “alternate slate of electors” is pure hogwash. They had no legitimacy whatsoever.

It is all in the post. Why are you lying? What did you get from lying?

Neither did the non-alternate slate of electors from states that violated the Constitutional process in their states.

Actually, it does if you read it correctly. Further, the votes from the EC are only valid if the manner in which electors were chosen in each state were valid. Which they were not.
