TLDR: Guy posted pedobear in a dorm elevator as a prank: and now his RD and the campus police think he's a pedophile and are directly monitoring him like a known criminal. He thinks it's an overblown response to a stupid prank that he would take back if he could, but he understand their concerns. Campus Officer ––> "It's as offensive as posting swastikas all over the walls, it's the same thing."  OH THE HUGE MANATEE!!  |

There are billions of people on the planet who have no inkling of "pedobear".

He should just go up to the campus cops on a daily basis, bring them a box of donuts, and proudly say, "you know, while you're wasting your time following me to class and back, you're not going after the real criminals on campus. Criminals like underage drinking in the dorm, parking infractions, and those guys selling weed." Every single day until he graduates.
Then wehn something does happen like a rape, when the civil suit comes around because the campus wasn't safe, testify for the victim that the cops spent all their time following a guy who put a sticker in an elevator instead of patrol;ong the campus. Then watch the cheif of campus police squirm on the stand when he gets grilled by her lawyer about that. |

That picture is fucking hilarious, and the placement is genius. You don't see anything until you're on the elevator and the doors close. Then he just peeks out. And at low level.
 I wonder how many people saw it, laughed their ass off, and went on about their day before someone got butthurt? Anyone truly upset by that needs to leave for a desert island somewhere where there is no humor. |

I called a police department once when some cop I kicked off arfkom was sending me threatening e-mails, anyway I told the internal affairs guy that I had tracked the cop back by his IP address and that took about a ten minute lecture and when I said the guy "could be using a proxy but i don't think so" and explained what a proxy was the officer acted like just using a proxy to do anything would be a pretty good indication in his mind that you were a criminal. "So you use it like a disguise..... to do things on the internet..."You have to admit it's pretty funny even if wasn't too bright
