OSI Systems Chief Executive Officer Joins US Presidential Visit to India

RapiScan X-Ray machines

So here we have Deepak Chopra, the peace, love & harmony zealot as CEO of a company providing AIRPORT xray security and HEALTHCARE xray  technology traveling with the kenyan to India to promote increased trade between the US and India.

Outside of union related/sponsored events, when is the last time the kenyan promoted an American based manufacturing company or made efforts to promote and encourage American manufacturing outside the automobile industry?

Does it seem odd or unusual that U.S. airports are operating the RapiScan machines with TSA at the controls?

Does anyone wonder what the contract for equipment to TSA was worth to OSI?

Does anyone wonder who else is heavily invested in OSI and what kind of influence they may be wielding on the present administration?

Does anyone wonder what OSI has in store for the American traveling public?

Apparently, RapiScan is a rather large multinational corporation...

Facilities Worldwide

... with manufacturing here in the United States!

Thanks, I missed all that!

Worth putting up there again for sure.

Interesting that they didn't report political contributions until the 2008 election cycle... heavily invested in Democrates in the House and Republicans in the Senate.

Thank you again for laying out that $$ trail!!!!

Any way to find out how much RapiScan received for their TSA contract?

Was the bid even competitive? Are there other companies making similar equipment?

OP, it looks like it's a different Deepak Chopra from the guru on PBS.  Other than that, this is interesting and fascinating information.

Getting closer every day to flushing the toilet on the .gov.

The problem is that we have a society that is too lazy to care. It's easier for most people to either feign apathy or offer culpable deniability to these treasonous bastards than get up off the couch and stop watching Dancing with the Stars.

I believe you're correct, my mistake.

Deeprak Chopra OSIS

By Forbes information, he's a brilliant businessman and scientist and one wealthy MOFO... wonder how he feels about taxing the rich?

He just hitched a ride home on AF1 on our tab!

One thing for sure, the kenyan lives BIG on our dime.
