After a couple IM/Emails to him wondering where the funds were (He said the M/O would mail on 04/03/06

After I received no replies from him when I requested a payment update (Day 12 no payment, Day 13 no payment), I found that he was logging & posting on the board, so I asked a Moderator to send him a email & see if he would finally reply to someone. He finally did send a reply:
Sorry for not replying earlier, I received a emal from Arf.com re: non-payment. I also just found your email in my spam file. I did send a M.O. for two sets of pads plus a Wrench. I have (what I think is) the delivery conf from the day I sent it. It shows delivered. Unfortunately, I can't compare it to your info from the any Arf.com IM's.......My IM's disappear after I read them, so I don't have a record of what address you had sent me first. FYI, I have 100% positive feedback from Ebay as well as hundreds of purchases on arfcom and other sights (LightfigterTacticalForums, Tactical Forums, 10-8 Forums, GetOffTheX, 1911Forums). I have purchased numerous items that have cost $500+ (uppers, firearms, Kifaru packs, armor) and had never had problems with any of my transactions. I have always paid when I promised I would.
Best yet, when I asked for a DC# to see when the payment was delivered, I received this:

After checking the DC# to see when & where it was delivered, I find this:

Funny, he sez the payment was delivered to me, but I live in PENNSYLVANIA 15644!
Then this is the reply to my email about how he was going handled the payment not arriving:

No Manny, I don't expect you to be happy with it. Just don't act like I ripped you off. That's the attitude that I don't appreciate. I'll pay you for the handling of the pads, but I no longer wish to get them from you. Let me know how much I owe for packaging them. I apologize for My screw up.

Beware of this one in your dealings in the EE, as he has all the excuses on his end why funds still haven't arrived & I'm done playing email tag!
Is it really that tough to pay for stuff on-time? I've done it for years without any problems, so what's the problem with some of these guys???????
So after going thru all of this, I request a NEGATIVE 1 for one417 for not completing the transaction in a timely, professional manner after saying "I'LL TAKE IT". Add anotherone to the do not do business with list.......
BUT, He gets a +1 for all the excuses, even though I've heard most of them in the past from the other non-payers all over the net......
