Menace, Thanks for the link to the other forum.... Let me address the issue from that forum... Yes we are back ordered on M14 Receivers and shipping daily... On the trigger group, Sometimes things do get assembled wrong, "to error is to be human". With that, the trigger group has not been returned for us to make it right. If the parts are not ours? I will post pictures for you to see.

For everyone else... There are 3 of us that spend on average 3-4 hours a day JUST answering questions on the phone, On top of taking care of customers needs and running a retail store front. Emails are generally returned from our homes (like I am doing now at 10:00 pm. at night). We work 18 hour days to turn out quality M14 and AR15 products.
Remember you only hear about the bad things in general, when the good things are going on everybody is having to good time of a time to bitch and post it. With that... to have 2 people with problems with our products out of the 1000's we have sold? That is Great.
We are active and dedicated shooters who truly enjoy what we are making. We are in this business because we get to work with what make us happy. Guns. We want our customers to be as happy with our products as we are.
