After nearly 100 transactions, I'm unfortunately posting in the one place I was hoping I could avoid. I realize this is a small transaction for a small amount of money, but I'm not worried about that. It's the principle.
I've got a post selling Dermabond Pens located here: Dermabon Pens for Sale.
I've had nothing but positive results and happy customers. Shipping has been prompt and my price has been darn good I believe. I've even upgraded shipping on my dime for some buyers to get their products faster.
Member lfthomps (Profile Here

been sent a link to this post.
With that said, on 25 November, 2013 @ 1454 I received the following e-mail from user lfthomps

Please send $35 if you would like priority mail. Otherwise $33 will cover it.
With the holidays going on, I figured I would give plenty of time for payment. However when December came around I still had not heard anything.
On 4 December, 2013 @ 0911 I sent the following:

Subject: Re: AR15.Com Email :: lfthomps :: Derma bond pen
I have not received payment. Could you please update me on the status so that I may get the 2 pens shipped out?
I gave lfthomps the benefit of the doubt and waited a few more days. On 6 December, 2013 @ 1502 I sent this via PM (Yes it's saved):
Good afternoon Sir,
I received your e-mail sent November 25, 2013 requesting 2 Dermabond pens and replied promptly 16 minutes later with paypal information for you to make payment. I had not heard from you and again e-mailed on December 4th. I still have not heard back from you regarding the status of your payment. I have had your 2 pens set aside for over 10 days now. Please let me know your intentions as I would like to get them sent out once payment is received.
Thank you for your time,
It has been a few more days, the user has logged in according to his profile and still no contact. The PM above IS
showing as read.
Today 9 December, 2013 @ 1525 I sent the following:
This is the third and final attempt I will be making to contact you regarding the Dermabond pens you had e-mailed me to purchase. It has now been 2 weeks since initial contact and I can see you have received my prior PM and have logged in many times since initially receiving it. (Though I am aware some users are automatically logged in on phones and other devices.)
I'm currently at work and upon getting home in about an hour I'll be posting in the Feedback portion of the forums for a moderator to follow up on this and get involved if necessary. AR15.com's EE works on integrity and trust and welching is a bannable offense as I'm sure you're aware. I'm hoping it doesn't come to that, but rules are rules, I'm sure you understand.
Thank you for your time and if you wish to complete your end of the deal please let me know. Once the post has been made, I'll follow up with you supplying a link for you to visit and join in.
If you require my paypal information or address for USPS Money Order once again, please let me know and I will send it promptly.
Thank you for your time,
I believe I've done my part to supply all communications in regards to this transaction. I've attempted contact via multiple methods and 2 weeks for a small transaction is ample time to receive a response. I know it's a small transaction, and it's not the money I'm worried about, it's the integrity. This member has 100% feedback with 25 transactions, and I would love nothing more than to simply get him his items. I see no reason to throw away an account from 2006 on something so stupid.
Any help would be appreciated and thanks to the mods for all they do to help us.
