On Sat., 5 Oct., I agreed to purchase a BAD ASS 3 lever kit from jeremy 1981.
Link to jeremy1981's EE listing On Mon., 7 Oct., I mailed a $60 USPS money order to Jeremy at the address he provided. On Tues., 15 Oct.,after hearing nothing and not receiving the parts I purchased, I send jeremy1981 a PM asking whether the payment had arrived. At that time, his user page showed he had logged onto the site on 13 Oct. I never received a response to my PM, but his user page showed he logged back onto the site on 20 Oct., and during that visit, he apparently read my PM, but did not respond. I attempted sending two emails through the site, but both were returned as undeliverable. I left two more PMs for him, on 23 and 25 Oct., seeking status. They remain unopened and unanswered, and I still have not received the parts. My last PM advised him that if he didn't respond within 48 hours, I would report a suspected mail fraud to the US Postal Inspector's office. Guess I'll be filling out the online report tonight. |

This seller posted three ads on 10/5, I've contacted what looks like a buyer from one of those ads to see how his deal went with him.

A google search of his name links to a dealer with his own website and facebook page. FB page has been void of activity for over 2 months...
Gator I'm going to IM you the link to what appears to be his website and FB page. Maybe he'll respond through one of those avenues. |

Thanks, guys. If it turns out to be a health or job issue or something similar, I'd be understanding about the delay - just wish he'd let me know what's going on. I've had a bunch of great transactions with members here - I'd hate for this one to end that streak.

UPDATE
Must be the holiday spirit - I received an envelope from jeremy1981 today, and Lo and Behold, it contained the BADASS lever kit I paid for just over 2 months ago. No message inside, no email or PM (in fact, he still hasn't read three messages from me that are still in my sent messages folder) and the envelope was postmarked 10 December.Hopefully, things are OK for him now and he's getting a handle on whatever sidetracked him. Just wanted to let ya'll know it came in. Merry Christmas! |

I've asked staff to post a negative to his profile with a link to this and he can stay suspended from the EE until he responds to somebody.

If he completely abandoned the issue and ignores an EE moderator over $60,.. what the hell will we do when he nails someone for $600?
