Here's the agreement:

My Eotech EXPS 2-0 traded for his Aimpoint PRO, Larue Aimpoint Mount, Larue Handstop & three windowed PMAGS. I also paid an additional $130 for a Vortex Sparc.

I have everything documented through emails. He shows to have good feedback on the site and his comms were great up til this point. My Eotech was delivered on 7-17. I've still yet to receive the items from him. I have been attempting to contact him since Saturday afternoon. He hasn't responded through the site nor through email. I have his name, address, email and phone number if needed by the mods. I have requested a tracking number multiple times but have yet to receive anything. He had said his would be sent via priority mail, which should not have taken this long.

Everything may be fine and the mail is just slow (totally possible), but doesn't seem likely since he's gone quiet. If anyone has had dealings with him, don't hesitate to vouch for the guy. Let's see what we see. My hope is that he was just delayed in getting it in the mail and all is cool. Thanks guys!

Ive been trying to reach him as well about something else with no response regarding an item I wanted to buy.

He's been good up til now. Hopefully he'll be along soon to explain what the issue is.

I paid paypal after HE responded to my wanted to buy ad. He was responsive up till several days ago. Last email I had from him was this: That was 5 days ago. I've sent several emails since then but no replies.

Update: I have received photos of all items to be shipped including photos of the box. I have received notice that the package is scheduled to be picked up by USPS. He is including some extra stuff as a peace offering. Things seem to be fine but I will advise once the package is received.
