He placed a pre-order in a "Group Buy". Never sent payment. When I emailed him asking if payment has been sent he replied: "No it has not, Im canceling my order". When I pointed out to him that I specifically stated in my post "Please do not reserve any of these if you are not absolutely positive that you can follow through with payment within 10 days of placing your order" he replied: "Well Im sorry, but its hard to be sure of something several weeks in
advance". Can you believe that!
